The fans are essential for air cooled coolers. Oversluizen, partner of Multi-Wing from Denmark and Rotodyne from the Netherlands, provides only reliable fans suitable for the application and the environment. In addition, Oversluizen develops new variable cooling systems together with respected partners, which save energy in addition to providing great performance and noise reduction.
In order to obtain sufficient cooling, sufficient air flow needs to be produced in case of an air cooled heat exchanger. This is required to achieve the right cooling capacity. This air flow depends on 1 important factor, being the static resistance of the cooling system.
Materials
Depending on the eventual environment, one can choose 6 different materials, from standard PAG to the vibration stabilized glass fiber board PAGST. Special boards for in Atex zone are also available, up to 1500 mm in diameter.
An intelligent cooling system
A green image is hard to maintain. With new technology that allow you to perform work better or faster, environmentally sound engineering is not always the most attractive choice.
By providing the fans with an intelligence, the control is given the option of slowing down or accelerating the fan when a combination of factors occurs. In all industries, systems are calculated based on worst case scenario’s, if a cooler can handle max. 40 degrees ambient temperature, this fan will also request full power at -10 degrees Celsius, with a high noise level as a result. The smart cooling system, will shut down the fan at low temperatures, and have it accelerate as soon as certain values are achieved.
The intelligence of switching is so important, that the system is able to switch quickly, but is unable to over steer.
