A Shell & tube or tube heat exchanger is heat transfer in its simplest form. By transporting a hot medium through a pipe and a cold medium on the outside, heat transfer from the hot to the cold medium occurs.
These coolers, frequently used in ship cooling, are relatively big. In specific cases, Oversluizen is able to provide this type of cooler, adjusted with client specific requirements with regard to materials, such as CuNi CuAl ridged pipe or possibly double walled safety pipes.
